Meet the Team

Brian Flis as an Air Force Academy graduate has led a major missile program. He has 20+ years of leadership and operational excellence experience spanning the military, energy / industrial manufacturing industries and consulting.  He has a proven track record and passion for  successful project implementations and strategic change coupled with deep expertise in operations, supply chain, finance, engineering, and human resources. 

Marty Brown has experience in both the US and Internationally in Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, Human Resources, and Operational Excellence. He has worked with executives and government leaders on plant siting projects in Korea, Brazil, Taiwan, Russia, and across North America. He brings experience in bringing together diverse interests to make projects succeed.

Marine veteran.

Bill Flis has extensive executive experience in operations, supply chain, project management, environmental, safety, and public affairs. He helped create the EPA Project XL process and led a first application with the redevelopment of a Fairmont, WV industrial site. He has lead challenging community development projects and has extensive project management expertise. 

Army veteran.

Brent Lilienthal currently heads a company building and operating renewable energy plants. He also has significant project management experience with a major global engineering firm. His breadth of contacts within the energy and engineering communities enable him to help to continue to bring the additional needed resources and finances as FalconWest expands its team.

Larry Gast is an Air Force Academy graduate.  LEG Ventures LLC is a veteran owned small business (VOSB) that provides capital and critical services to operating businesses & companies that develop, own, and/or operate real estate projects. His expertise includes:  Real Estate Capital, Private Equity, Equipment Financing, and  Real Estate Consulting.
